What Makes Color Contacts So Special?

You might know people who wear color contacts (colored contact lenses) and most likely you know what people use them for: to change the color of their eyes. But you still don't really understand what's the point in that, they just change the color of a little part of your already small eyes. No one will notice.. If you thought that way, I'd like to tell you what power color contacts actually do have.

You've probably heard at movies, been told or your friend has been told when on a date: "You've beautiful eyes". Yes, some just say that as a cliche flirting attempt, but many really mean when they say that. I, like many others, think a person's two most charming parts are his/her smile and eyes.

I am quite the average looking girl and it was actually quite the problem for me before. I didn't really have much confidence and I was shy to begin with. Those are really fun to use if you want to scare your friends (I mean, won't your friends be surprised when you somehow have vampire eyes) and if you are role playing some character, eyes that fit your character will make you stand out from the rest (if you've read/watched Japanese cartoon series Naruto, you probably know what sharingan is, well those are quite popular when role playing the series).

Those who buy normal color contacts (the natural looking ones) usually use them the same way as many (at least most women) wear make up or buy good looking clothes. It's part of their fashion!

There are also those who'd like to use color contacts, but are afraid because of what people might say. Well they shouldn't be. Like I said before it's just another way to look better and because there are color contacts that are so natural looking, no one will notice. Though, if you change your eye color completely, your friends will probably notice. But if you, no matter what, don't want them to notice, try to wear a color that is close to your original eye color. That way your eyes will still look much more attractive, but they won't notice that you're actually wearing contact lenses.

I've used color contacts for years now and tried various types. At start I used only those that were to close to my original eye color, but about half a year ago when I changed my work place, I started using gray-green colored (my original eye color is brown), because no one there knew me.

LCD Screens Transforming Digital Signage and Advertising in Restaurants and Retail Stores

It is not hard to understand why LCD displays screens are rapidly being adopted by retail stores and restaurants. InfoTrends conducted a digital signage study where they polled consumers and found that "digital signage displays have a 47.7% effectiveness on brand awareness, increase the average purchase amount by 29.5%, create a 31.8% upswing in overall sales volumes, generate a 32.8% growth in repeat buyers and generate 32.8% more in-store traffic".

LCD display screens are being used by restaurants for displaying the menu and entertainment, by garment and clothing retail stores to show videos of fashion shows and to showcase various products, and by automobile dealers as video walls to provide the feel of the car on the road and to keep the customer occupied as they wait for sales agent or other people.

LCD Display Usage in Restaurants: When visiting KFC Hyderabad (India), what grabs your attention is not so much the smell of food but the vibrant colours of the four 42-inch LCD display panels which serves as the overhead menu board. KFC Hyderabad sought the help of Sharp Business Systems India to set up the digital signage solution. LCD digital menus can be maintained from a remote central location or a local PC set up in the store. The benefit of remote central management is that menu, promotions, video, pricing and other items displayed on the LCD displays in the retail outlet can be managed from one central location to provide consistency and to make sure that the changes are made consistently across all stores at the same time. Consumers receive dynamic previews of the offering with potential for positive impact on sales. If restaurants have the networked point-of-sale cash registers collecting time based purchased data, marketing can get instantaneous feedback on how different promotions and pricing are having impact on sales.

Restaurants are also using LCD displays as televisions to spruce up the restaurant atmosphere. It is now a common expectation to have LCD TVs in restaurants that show the local sports or the news.

LCD Display Usage in Showrooms: Whether it is women clothing store, automobile showroom, convenient store or a department store, LCD displays are appearing in all these locations. A typical store has up to four LCD displays per site. InfoTrends study showed that business that had installed displays in their showroom, predominantly expected the display usage in their showrooms to increase. To grab and hold consumer attention, retailers are using LCD displays in a video-wall format or in a daisy chain format along with stand alone units. Why do Retail Businesses Select LCD Displays vs. Plasma Displays?
There are a number of reasons why retailers and restaurants are selecting LCD display over plasma displays.

· Fan-less Architecture of LCDs: LCD displays do not have a fan potentially resulting in less noise and distraction. This is less of an issue with newer higher end plasma displays, however it is worthwhile to keep track as you evaluate the two options.

· Rugged Design of LCDs: LCD displays are closed-box units and more rugged. There is less chance of oil fumes, dust or other elements getting into the unit and reducing the life of the unit.

· Resolution and Picture Quality: (A) Video resolution on LCD displays and plasma display are comparable but computer data is better observed on LCD displays. (B) LCDs are better to view in ambient light or in brightly lit rooms. As businesses usually work during the day in ambient light, LCDs are more desirable for most business applications. (C) Plasma manufacturers have made much of their viewing angles. However with new LCDs the view angles are 176°. There is not much difference between the two technologies in viewing angle. (D) There have been concerns with burn-in for Plasma screens especially for static images. However, many Plasma manufacturers have improved their anti-burn in technology. There are no burn-in issues with LCD screens.

· Life of the Display Unit: LCDs can be operated 24x7 for 50,000+ hours equivalent to 5+ years of continuous viewing. Plasma, on the other hand, typically has a half life of 30,000 hours. At half life, the phosphors in a plasma screen will glow half as brightly as they did when the set was new. There is no way to replace these gases; the display simply continues to become dimmer with use. An LCD TV will last as long as its backlight - and in many models the backlight bulbs can be easily replaced!

· Power Consumption: Plasma TVs use more power than LCD - twice as much

Naruto Shippuden Vs Naruto

The most important attraction of the original Naruto series was the friendship element. The friendship between Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke was the key element in making the series interesting. The youthful innocence and progression into comradeship was highlighted in the series. Relationship between Naruto and Sasuke was also among the pivotal parts of the plots.

Naruto wanted to be recognized as he has been ignored by the entire village in the growing up stage. Naruto connects with Sasuke as he is one among the top Ninja students in his class. This connection is however developed with respect. He also has a feeling that if he can make Sasuke to respect him, he can make everyone else respect him too. The never say die attitude of Naruto is also among the major attractions of the series.

Naruto Shippuden happens after two and half years after the end of first series. Most of the audience seems to like the second series more interesting than the original one. Even though the innocence of the first series is missing in the second one, the maturity of the characters is something that makes the series more interesting.

Naruto Shippuden is also great as it gives the morale that power brings about a lot of danger and responsibility. The series also shows Naruto trying to stop his dependence on the nine-tailed fox demon for power.

The depiction of the major elements of the original series with maturity is the most important attraction of the series. The comedy in the series is also of great quality. The greater level of sophistication in the comedy is also adding to the value of the series. Since, Shippuden is just the continuation of the original series, watching this before the original one is not recommended. In total, the series is the rightful continuation of the original popular series.

Danzo's True Power!

In the latest of Naruto manga episodes, Sasuke had faced an incredible battle against one of the elders of the hidden village, a member of the group which commanded the destruction of the whole uchiha clan, a person who had a leadership position when the village ordered Hitachi to kill all the people he loved. I'm talking of no other than Danzo.

Danzo was supposed to be part of the good guys, but since the very beginning the manga created a feeling of uncertainty among the readers. Danzo was always watched, people were never around him and he controlled part of the secret forces of Konoha on which he cast a jutsu that made bind them to their silence.

He was always suspicious and we knew that Madara hated him or at least had some kind of resentment towards him, but it was not until these last episodes where we found out his real intentions.

It turns out that he had formed a group of very powerful ninjas faithful to him with special abilities in order to protect him and control the people around the ones with power, and with this he started to experiment on himself and others supporting the research made by orochimaru.

He always looked like a crippled man, but it turns out that he was one of the most powerful ninjas in Konoha. Under his bandages he had a lot of sharingan eye's stolen from the Uchiha clan probably when the massacre was executed by Hitachi's hands a few years before the battle with Sasuke. And on his right shoulder he had one of another Orochimaru's experiments, a face very similar to the first hokage, probably one of the experiments that orochimaru performed with some of the cells taken to extract the ability to fuse the water and earth elements and develop the ability to create plats or wood.

Danzo turned out to be a very powerful opponent to fight; he was really close to kill sasuke with a super special genjutsu, the most powerful weapon available for a sharingan user if you are willing to sacrifice your sight for good. He was able to alternate the reality and turn his own death into a dream for as long as the eyes where opened.

The World of Naruto

The seriousness of the Naruto story is often intermixed by pure silliness, but it all serves a purpose, propelling the young superhero forward on his path of adventure and growth.

After meeting Konohamaru, the annoying and aggressive grandson of the village Hokage, Naruto shows him no mercy, smacking him down before heading out the door. The child, seeking to become the next great village master ninja, The Fifth Hokage, becomes Naruto's follower, trying at first to remain unseen, but his efforts are ridiculously inadequate. He quickly learns to respect the older and somewhat wiser Naruto, deciding that he should become a student of the new graduate.

We are then introduced to information about the ninja's energy source, a substance that Naruto incorrectly identifies as chatora, meaning brown tiger. His young student is confused, envisions a large brown cat, then corrects his master, revealing that the word is actually chakra. Naruto covers his error, by telling the kid to "Shut up. Good Ninjas call it Chatora." We then learn that Chakra is the energy that you use to execute a technique. It is the inside body and spirit energy which can accumulate through experience and training. When you mix together training and experience, a seal is formed and the technique can be executed. It was Konohamaru who quoted this to his new-found teacher, Naruto being unfamiliar with the actual definition, although of its use his skills were much advanced.

Given this knowledge, the two young students embark on a training exercise, Naruto, teaching his very young charge, the silly and sexy "temptation" technique. The older Naruto is able to transform into a very beautiful girl, while the younger boy's efforts results in a fat, ugly hag. The combination of comedy and the logic behind the ninja lifestyle, lead to Naruto conducting the boy to various locations not very suitable for a boy his age. They go to a book store that sells girlie magazines so that they can "research pheromones". After the owner kicks them out, they head off to a woman's change room where they transform into girls before entering. Once again they are kicked out, with Naruto receiving a beating in the process. Here, we are introduced to the topic that Naruto is an older boy with a developing interest in girls, which will lead to complications in upcoming episodes.

When the younger boy's guardian, an elite Ninja master, finally catches up to them, he is upset that Naruto should be teaching so much nonsense to the grandson of the Third Hokage. "Young master, you are only going to get dumber and dumber if you hang around Naruto."

A showdown then ensues, but unlike the more serious and damaging fight of the earlier episode when Naruto earned his right to graduate by defeating a dangerous rival, the fight is much more comedic. Naruto surprises everyone by executing a combination of his Shadow Replication Technique (producing a hundred copies of himself) and his Temptation Technique, changing all of his duplicates into sexy women who ultimately subdue the distracted elite teacher. Witnessing this conflict on his crystal ball, the Third Hokage can only sadly conclude: "He made another stupid technique. I'll fall for it for sure, probably."

As the two young students part company, both realize they have parallel ambitions of becoming great Ninjas and achieving wide recognition. For now, this light-hearted view of the two immature students, much like the blind leading the blind, has introduced us to a variety of Ninja principles, attitudes, techniques, and resources, the most important of all being the power that could reside within all of us. Known as "chakra" here, the substance has been referenced in many works of fantasy and science fiction, not the least of which includes Star Wars, where it is known as "The Force." Here it is much more complex, though we are reminded of the growth of the youthful hero, Luke Skywalker, whenever we encounter Uzumaki Naruto.

Naruto Shippuuden episode 125 starts with the ending clip of episode 124. Deidara detonates himself and in attempt to kill Sasuke. The blast is designed to wipe out everything in a very large radius and can be seen from a long distance. Naruto's team watches the explosion in wonder, while Sasuke's team watches in dismay, realizing that the explosion was close to their rendezvous point. In fear that Sasuke may have been killed, Karin checks for signs how his chakra. There are none. Presumably, Deidara, Sasuke, and Tobi have all been annihilated in the blast.

News gets to Akatsuki of the three deaths. There is a brief look of shock on Itachi's face when he hears the news of his brother's death. The other Akatsuki members seem divided on whether to mourn Deidara or Tobi.

Just when you think that Sasuke might really be dead, he reemerges through a summoning spell. Cut up and bruised, he managed to hide himself inside of Manda and use a transportation jutsu to avoid being blow to bits. Unfortunatly, Manda, Orochimaru's favorite pet snake, is a casualty of this move. Either way, Sasuke is badly injured and is taken to rest in the city.

It doesn't take long before Naruto and his team figure out the outcome of Sasuke's battle with Deidara and are hot on Sasuke's trail again. Meanwhile, the loyalty of Team Eagle shines through as they prove their loyalty to Sasuke. Jugo nurtures Sasuke back to help while Seigetsu and Karin argue. They might not like each other, but neither one refuses to leave Sasuke's side.

Itachi takes a moment of silence in the rain and it seems as if for a moment he is mourning Sasuke, but his senses are strong and he reasserts that Sasuke is still alive. We finally get a better look at Pein, and a new unknown Akatsuki member by his side. It appears that Sasuke killing Itachi is exactly what Akatsuki has planned all along. The last surprise twist of this episode shows Tobi alive and well, and his true identy is revealed as Madara Uchiha. Who would have thought?

To kill an enemy, you must keep use your sword to slash him until health bar is completely depleted. When fighting with an enemy, make sure you don't stand too close to him. If you stand too close, he will attempt to slash you and cause you to lose health points.

The health bars of the enemies that appear on the current screen are displayed on the top right corner. Your health bar is represented by icons of the character's head. Every player will starts with three lives. You will be rewarded with some points every time you kill an enemy.

In this particular online ninja game, the player fights with the opponent by using the katana sword. After you have cut your rival with the katana sword, some sushi will appear on top. To get the sushi, you must jump up by pressing the up button. You can eat the sushi to regain some strength. The shuriken can be used to throw against the enemies to protect yourself. You can collect the various shuriken that appear throughout the game. There will also have jars of strength appearing for the player to gather.

The directional keypad is used to move the ninja character. For example, if you want to move to the right, should use the right arrow button. If you want to double jump, you can tap on the up arrow twice. If you want to crouch, you can press the down arrow. To fight with the katana sword, you can press A. The katana sword can be swung fast by pressing S. You can press D if you want to swing the katana sword low. To block, you can press Q. If you want to jump, you must press W, to kick your opponent, you can press Spacebar.

On the top right corner of the screen, there is a sword icon. You can click on the sword icon to customize the music option. The option exists to turn off the background music by clicking on the musical note icon.

Ha Yha is a fun and challenging, free ninja game online. Children will enjoy playing Ha Yha game during their free time. There is no blood splatter when you slash the enemy with your sword. The game even has some comic book flavor to it, in the sense that when the player attacks an enemy, he will see the word IZing. If the enemy hit you, the phrase Pow! will appear as it does on comic books.

In an effort to please the ever increasing number of fans of the Naruto anime series, a new form of entertainment have started to spread, featuring the character Naruto as the main character. Naruto games are available free on arcade websites featuring this particular category. The games themselves are made in the flash platform, and contain similar thrills and spills as the fans regularly enjoy on the television series or manga episodes. The series was originally released in Japan as a one-shot comic by Kishimoto in August, 1997. The object of this Naruto online game is simple, battle your way through the given path and engage the boss in battle at the end. The player will have to face an uneven path, with terrain at different heights and inclinations. In order to walk through certain ground, the character will need to jump pretty high. At several points along the way, a number of different creatures will be waiting for you to prevent you from getting through. Zombie, monsters and other creatures make up the cast of creatures you will find along the way.

There is an ample menu of controls available to use in this Naruto online game. For movement, the arrow keys are used for left and right motion, while the up key is for jumping and the down key results in a crouch. Holding down the arrow key while keeping the letter w pressed, will allow tour character to run. The letter Q will charge your chakra and R will teleport your character when the chakra meter is at least half full. In order to engage in battle, the player will make use of the letter S to physically attack your opponent, the letter F to block a hit, and the A to throw a "Kunai". Pressing the A key while holding down the S key is a special ability, which allows the character to inflict more damage.

Naruto Battlegrounds is a very entertaining Naruto Game to play online free. Hopefully, the developers will have a finished version available online soon.

Review of Naruto Shippuden Story Arc One

Since this is essentially a restart of the series they needed to reconnect us to the characters. I don't want to give too much away if you are still watching the original series, but at this point Sasuke is with Orochimaru and Naruto has gone off to train for two and a half years.

The series starts with Naruto's return and his reconnection to his friends (and vicariously us). At this same time; to keep the action moving, two members of the group that are after the tailed demons are moving in on the village of sand. Their goal is Garra.

Battles abound throughout this Arc, since they wanted to keep the action fans happy. The real story is in the new maturity level of Naruto, and the rest of the characters. Sakura has advanced considerably under the eye of Lady Tsunade, and an early segment with Kakashi testing Naruto and Sakura is very fun.

The only complaint I have, is that they jumped back into the action a little too fast for my taste. Even one or two more episodes with more of naruto reconnecting with his friends, would have added to the restart of the series. As is, they still did pretty well. Letting several of the supporting cast; including team guy and some old friends from the Sand Village, get some good air time.

Naruto's ability to change even the most jaded individuals comes into play, and some interesting things are set up for later. The biggest revelations in this arc involve Akatsuki (the group after the tailed demons). We get to see something of what they're up to and the extreme methods they are using. We also get to see the whole group for the first time.

I will give this story Arc the Following ratings:
Story Development: B+ -Several important events occur in this story arc, but they could have spent more time in some areas.
Action: A -I doubt I will ever rate this under A, the action is superb as always.
Arc Story: C+ -They should have spent a bit more time on Naruto's return, and some less important parts seem to drag on forever.

Overall I will say it's a B+ story Arc.

Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Overview

Gundam is one of the anime series that has made history. Its popularity has skyrocketed. Each of its series, from the original Gundam to the various sequels has amassed millions and millions of fans worldwide. And who can blame them for worshipping this series? Gundam is one of the best anime series ever shown. It has a dynamic plot that's full of mystery and intrigue, it has well-rounded and realistic characters, it has a setting complete with its own history, politics, and geography... and it has gigantic, indestructible robots to boot! I mean, seriously, who in the world can resist mecha?

There has already been several Gundam series, all of them relatively successful. Sunrise, the makers of Gundam, has announced that Mobil Suit Gundam00 will be the next installment in the series last June 2007. It will be composed of two seasons in all. The first season has already started airing and the second season is set to air on October of 2008.

Plot

Gundam00 is set on the year 2307, an era where the world's fossil fuel has already been depleted and the world relies solely on three solar powered generators stationed around the earth's orbit. The three stations are controlled by the Union of Solar Energy and Free Nations (USA and Australia), the Human Reform League (India, China, Russia, and the members of the ASEAN), and Advanced European Union (the whole of Europe). They begin fighting each other over the world's energy, until a force called Celestial Being, a private military organization, emerged. The Celestial Being promises to bring peace on Earth and is aided by four Gundams. And thus Gundam 00 brings up the age old debate: whether it is right to fight evil with another evil, whether it is right to end war by making war.

Gundam00's plot is, as the other Gundam series have been, suffused with an abundant amount of politics and warfare. And in the true Gundam tradition, the line between good and evil, right and wrong, is blurred to the point that you won't be able to know who is really in the right. There are distinct similarities of the world of Gundam00 to that of our current world, post-9/11. And the way it's portrayed is intriguing enough to compel many people to watch it.

Animation

Gundam00 is to be the first Gundam series to be shot in high-definition. Simply put, the animation is shiny, fluid, and jaw-droppingly amazing. There is a nice change from the awkward angular movements of the robots of the previous Gundam movies. Not only that, Gundam00 has upped it one level and given each of the robots distinct characteristics and motions.

The makers of Gundam00 didn't bother to water down the horror of war either. What you will be seeing if you watch Gundam would be an honest portrayal of the gruesomeness of war - amazingly animated and in full Technicolor! Just imagine all those weapons of warfare silhouetted against one of the most colorful and beautiful sunsets ever painted in the history of Gundam.

Indeed, Gundam00 is a must-see. The first season is currently airing, with 25 episodes all in all. So, if you haven't started watching Gundam00, I suggest you start downloading those episodes right now.

What If?
